We're looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join one of our kitchen teams in Berlin. With three restaurants across the city — Coccodrillo, Pamela and Circolo Popolare — there's plenty of room to find the right match for your experience and personality.

If you love quality ingredients, take pride in your craft and know how to keep your section running smoothly, we'd love to meet you!

🔥 Your mission

• Take ownership of your section and ensure smooth daily operations.

• Organize your mise en place and prepare dishes with consistency and attention to detail.

• Maintain our recipes, quality standards and presentation guidelines.

• Keep your rhythm during busy services and work closely with the brigade.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization and food safety.

• Support and share your knowledge with Commis de Cuisine and junior team members.

👨‍🍳 What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen position.

• Solid cooking skills and the ability to manage a section independently.

• Good knowledge of mise en place and kitchen organization.

• Passion for quality ingredients and Italian cuisine.

• A proactive, reliable and team-oriented attitude.
