As a Barback, you'll work side by side with our Bartenders and become an essential part of the team. You'll learn how a busy bar works, develop your skills on the job and build the foundations for your next step behind the bar.

🚀 Your role & learning journey

You help keep the bar running smoothly while developing your skills:

• Prepare and organize the bar station before service

• Refill drinks, ingredients and bar supplies throughout the shift

• Prepare garnishes and support drink preparation

• Keep the bar clean, organized and fully stocked

• Support Bartenders during busy services

• Collect and organize glassware and equipment

• Work closely with the bar and restaurant teams

• Follow hygiene and food safety standards

👉 This role is a great first step towards becoming a Bartender and growing within our bar teams.

💡 What we're looking for

• First experience in hospitality, service or bar is a plus

• Motivation to learn and develop behind the bar

• High energy and a hands-on mindset

• Ability to work quickly and efficiently during busy services

• Strong team spirit and good communication skills

• Reliable, organized and proactive attitude

You don't need years of bar experience — we're looking for energy, curiosity and the motivation to grow.
