Pamela is one of Big Mamma's newest restaurants in Berlin, and we're looking for reliable and energetic Kitchen Porters to join our growing team.

As a Kitchen Porter, you'll play an essential role behind the scenes, supporting the kitchen team and making sure everything is clean, organized and ready for service.

It's a hands-on role at the heart of the action, perfect for someone who likes to stay active, work as part of a team and make a real contribution every day.

🚀 Your role & responsibilities

You help keep the kitchen running smoothly:

• Wash and clean dishes, kitchen equipment and utensils efficiently

• Ensure clean equipment and utensils are always available during service

• Keep the dishwashing and kitchen areas clean, organized and safe

• Support the kitchen team with cleaning and operational tasks

• Dispose of waste correctly and maintain high hygiene standards

• Help with deliveries, storage and general kitchen organization when needed

• Support chefs and the wider kitchen team during busy services

👉 Your work keeps the kitchen moving. When everything is clean, organized and ready, the whole team can perform at its best.

💡 What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a kitchen, restaurant or similar environment is a plus

• Motivation to work in a fast-paced kitchen

• Good physical stamina and ability to stay active during the shift

• Reliable, punctual and responsible

• Hands-on mindset and willingness to support the team

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure

• Positive and team-oriented attitude

No extensive kitchen experience is required — we value reliability, energy and a willingness to learn.
