Pamela is one of Big Mamma’s newest restaurants in Berlin — and we are looking for an experienced Pizzaiolo to strengthen and shape our pizzeria team.

🚀 Your role & responsibilities

You play a key role in delivering quality and supporting the development of the pizzeria:

• Manage pizza production during service with consistency and precision

• Prepare, control and work dough according to standards

• Ensure correct fermentation and product quality

• Bake and finish pizzas maintaining high execution standards

• Support the organization of prep and daily operations

• Share know-how and support less experienced team members

• Contribute to maintaining strong operational standards

• Ensure hygiene and food safety compliance

👉 Your experience will directly contribute to shaping and strengthening the identity of our pizzeria.

💡 What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as Pizzaiolo in a high-volume or quality-focused environment

• Strong knowledge of dough preparation, fermentation and oven management

• Confidence running service independently

• Ability to maintain quality under pressure

• Team spirit and willingness to support others’ development

• Reliable, organized and proactive mindset

We are looking for someone who combines technical skills with a strong sense of ownership.
