Your Mission

• Run day-to-day bar operations: prep, service, handovers, opening & closing

• Set the standard for the team and train new barbacks and bartenders

• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and follow health & safety standards

• Deliver excellent customer service and spread positive energy

• Embody Big Mamma values: professional, warm, team-focused, and proactive

About You

• Passionate about Italian food and cocktails

• Energetic, proactive, and a team player

• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills

• Expert knowledge of classic cocktails

• Previous experience as head bartender or bar supervisor in a busy bar

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
