We are looking for the best Commis Chefs / Demi Chefs de Partie to join our Big Squadra in Berlin.

YOUR OBJECTIVES:

• Basic cooking skills, with knowledge of the menu and products

• Supporting the kitchen with mise en place and service

• Ability to follow and reproduce recipes after training

• Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards
