YOUR MISSION:

• You will be part of a BIG MAMMA floor team!

• You will be the first person our guests meet at the beginning of their experience, and it is vital you give a warm, welcoming and professional first impression.

• You will be greeting and seating our guests, allocating tables and accommodating walk-ins.

• You will master our bookings system, Sevenrooms, and ensure every booking and enquiry is managed.

• You will be a good problem solver, responding appropriately when bookings don’t always go to plan.

• You will respect health and safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organisation across the floor.

• You will spread magic and make our customers live the best moment of their day!

• You will embody Big Mamma values: have a warm, smiling, professional attitude towards the customers, help your colleagues during service and demonstrate a "problem solver" attitude.

YOUR SKILLS:

• Big Smile and passion for Italian food!

• Great energy, proactive attitude and team spirit

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Knowledge of the online booking system (SevenRooms is a bonus!)

• Previous experience as a host/hostess in a busy restaurant

• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
