Global Marketing Project Manager
Drive the execution of key marketing projects at group level, combining strong project management, a data-driven approach and a solid strategic mindset.
The role supports local business performance by bringing structure, clarity and expertise to country teams, while ensuring all initiatives are aligned with the brand’s positioning and standards.
It requires close collaboration with local Marketing & Communication teams, Operations, F&B, Digital and Tech teams to deliver efficient, coherent and high-impact marketing execution.
1. Global Customer Journey Projects
Build and maintain a comprehensive customer journey mapping, identifying key touchpoints and optimization opportunities.
Contribute to the design and deployment of a 360° clienteling strategy, including tools, processes and team training.
Support the development of a loyalty program at group level.
Lead initiatives such as Fast Pass (WhatsApp customer care, cross-booking flows).
2. Global Brand Projects
Manage and animate the e-shop (merchandising, tableware, editorial calendar, product launches).
Support the development of brand collaborations and special projects.
Contribute to corporate brand strategy and presence, including LinkedIn and awards coordination.
Provide hands-on support on major openings, ensuring consistency and execution excellence.
3. Marketing Frameworks & Tools
Develop and maintain a group marketing toolbox (CRM, loyalty, promotional mechanics).
Create scalable assets for local teams (templates, guidelines, campaign kits).
Contribute to the definition of country-level budget frameworks, aligned with key business priorities (openings, launches, strategic initiatives).
Structure and manage project workflows (Notion or equivalent tools)
4. Data-Driven Marketing Support
Bring a marketing perspective to high-impact business topics (e.g. group menus, specific revenue streams, new offers).
Support the development of relevant marketing strategies for these key business drivers.
Profile
Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, project management, ideally in hospitality, lifestyle or premium environments
Strong project management skills: ability to structure, prioritize and drive multiple projects simultaneously
Highly data-driven: comfortable with performance analysis, CRM, and translating insights into action
Solid understanding of customer journey and marketing levers (digital, loyalty, on-site experience)
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (F&B, Digital, Tech)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities
Good editorial sensibility: able to contribute to messaging and ensure consistency with brand tone and positioning
Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented
Comfortable working in an international, multi-market environment
Fluent in French and English
