Take the lead with La Squadra as BAR MANAGER in London 🇬🇧

As Bar Manager of Gloria, our trattoria in Shoreditch, you embody our values of excellence, meritocracy, entrepreneurship and authenticity on a daily basis in the restaurant. You report to the General Manager and your key areas of responsibility include:

Your Missions:

• Management of a team of 7 people.

• Management of team plannings / Guarantor of the monthly People Cost.

• Responsible for the quality of cocktails, monitoring of customer comments, guarantor of compliance with recipe sheets.

• Participation in the creation of new recipes in collaboration with the Beverage Group Manager.

• Responsible for the Food Cost on the beverage part.

• Carrying out inventories.

• Management of order placement and their proper execution.

• Training and supporting the team on a daily basis.

Your Skills:

• Dynamic, passionate about good products.

• Confirmed experience in a similar position.

• Confirmed team management.

• Excellent leader and trainer.

• Knowledge of mixology.
