Every day, we produce our pasta in-house, from scratch.
As part of our kitchen team in Edmondo, you’ll work hands-on with traditional techniques, ensuring quality, consistency and authenticity in every plate.

🚀 Your role & impact

As our Fresh Pasta Cook, you are responsible for one of the most essential elements of our kitchen:

• Prepare fresh pasta daily (Tagliatelle, pasta ripiena, etc.)

• Handle dough preparation, rolling and shaping

• Follow precise recipes and production standards

• Support the kitchen with Mise en place and prep tasks

• Maintain high standards of hygiene and organization

• Work closely with the kitchen team during service

💡 What we’re looking for

• Experience in kitchen prep or fresh pasta production

• Passion for Italian cuisine and craftsmanship

• Good manual skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced kitchen

• Team player with a reliable mindset

👉 German or English required; Italian is a plus
