Your Mission:

• Welcome each guest with warmth and energy, guiding them on an unforgettable journey through Italy from the very first smile.

• Manage your table section smoothly and efficiently, ensuring a seamless flow and minimal waiting times.

• Master the restaurant’s menu and wine list inside out, so you can confidently advise and inspire guests in their choices. 

• Work hand-in-hand with the front-of-house team, supporting runners to deliver a harmonious, high-quality service.
