🚀 Your role & responsibilities

You are the first face of Big Mamma and the person who creates the atmosphere from the very first moment.

• Welcome every guest with warmth, energy and genuine hospitality

• Manage reservations and organize the seating plan efficiently

• Coordinate guest flow with the restaurant team throughout the service

• Create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere, even during busy services

• Support guests with professionalism, empathy and attention to their needs

• Work closely with the service and management teams to ensure a seamless guest experience

👉 Your hospitality is the first ingredient of the Big Mamma experience.

💡 What we're looking for

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations or customer service is a plus

• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and confident presence

• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Fluent English is required; German is a strong advantage
