At Big Mamma, pizza is all about technique, rhythm and quality ingredients.
As part of our pizzeria team in Edmondo in Hamburg, you’ll learn the foundations of pizza-making and develop step by step in a structured environment.

🚀 Your role & learning journey

You support the pizzeria team and build your technical skills:

• Prepare and portion dough (Teig vorbereiten & portionieren)

• Support pizza assembly and topping (Belegen der Pizzen)

• Work closely with the Pizzaiolo during service

• Ensure quality and consistency of ingredients

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station

• Follow hygiene and food safety standards

👉 This role is your first step towards becoming a Pizzaiolo.

• First experience in a kitchen or pizzeria is required

• Motivation to grow in a pizza-focused environment

• Hands-on mindset and willingness to learn
