We are looking for talented Junior & Sous Chefs to integrate in our trattorias in London (Gloria, Circolo Popolare, Ave Mario, Jacuzzi, Carlotta) to lead our crazy brigades and train them to become our Head Chefs of tomorrow 🚀
Your main tasks:
- Responsible for kitchen Operations
- Responsible for Quality
- Responsible for the success of the Squadra
- Responsible for the kitchen KPIs.

- Highly competitive salary from £48.500 / yearly
