We are looking for a Pizzaiolo  for our restaurant Coccodrillo in Veteranenstrasse 9, 10119 in Berlin.

Your Mission:

• Guaranteeing pizza quality
• Perfect knowledge of the ingredients used
• Responsible for the speed of execution / rate of cooking and preparation
• Responsible for the proper maintenance of equipment and alerting the operator to any need for replacement
• Responsible for preservation of ingredients
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the area before, during and after service
