Revenue Ops Manager (H/F)
🎯 Mission
Maximize revenue performance across Big Mamma restaurants by orchestrating booking optimization, business insights, and revenue-related projects. The Revenue Ops Manager ensures that every revenue lever, from SevenRooms configuration to new booking channels, is fully optimized, while preserving the guest experience and the DNA of Big Mamma.
🚀 Core Responsibilities & Success Metrics
REVENUE OPTIMIZATION & BOOKING PERFORMANCE
Act as the internal expert for SevenRooms across all restaurants.
Define, implement and monitor yield strategies.
Ensure optimized configuration: pacing rules, seating algorithms, dining durations, waitlists, booking flows in coordination with GMs.
Adjust dynamically based on performance, seasonality, weather and demand patterns.
BUSINESS PERFORMANCE & REVENUE ANALYSIS
Define and monitor key KPIs across booking, conversion and revenue in coordination with the data team
Monitor booking and revenue performance at restaurant and group level and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
Identify key growth levers (booking mix, channel performance, client mix…)
Translate data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
OPERATIONS PARTNERSHIP & TRAINING
Train and support restaurant teams on SevenRooms and revenue best practices.
Ensure strong adoption and execution.
Collaborate closely with Ops on performance improvement and peak periods.
MARKETING & WEB PARTNERSHIP
Support campaigns, events and seasonal activations via SevenRooms setup.
Monitor and optimize booking performance during campaigns.
Improve website-to-booking conversion with Web teams.
Align booking logic with UX and customer journey.
REVENUE PROJECTS & CHANNEL DEVELOPMENT
Lead cross-functional revenue projects.
Launch and optimize new booking channels (partnerships, concierge, platforms…).
Coordinate with Product, Tech and Web teams on tools and integrations.
Test new initiatives and measure impact.
BRAND PROTECTION & EXPERIENCE QUALITY
Ensure all revenue initiatives remain aligned with Big Mamma’s DNA.
Balance performance with guest experience.
Bring innovative but brand-safe ideas.
🧑💼 Ideal Candidate Profile
Background & Experience
4-8 years experience in revenue, operations, consulting or growth roles.
Experience in hospitality, retail, marketplaces or similar is a plus.
Experience with booking tools or digital funnels.
Core Skills
Strong analytical and business mindset
Comfortable with data, KPIs, dashboards
Project management skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
