In our restaurant Edmondo in Hamburg, you will operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where attention to detail, communication and anticipation make the difference.

🚀 Your role & impact

As a Host / Hostess, you take full ownership of the guest journey from the very first moment:

• Deliver a warm, professional and structured welcome at all times

• Manage reservations, walk-ins and table allocation (Reservierungen & Tischmanagement)

• Optimize seating flow and coordinate closely with the floor team

• Anticipate guest needs and adapt your communication accordingly

• Handle peak moments with composure, clarity and efficiency

• Elevate waiting time into a positive, well-managed experience

👉 You are not just greeting guests — you are orchestrating the entrance experience.

💡 What we’re looking for

• Fluent German (min. C1) and confident English

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations or high-volume service

• Strong communication skills and natural presence

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize

• Calm under pressure, solution-oriented mindset

• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
