**🚀 Your role & learning journey**

As a Jungkoch / Jungköchin, you support the team while building your technical skills:

- Prepare _Mise en place_ and support during service

- Learn different cooking techniques and kitchen operations

- Work with fresh, high-quality Italian products

- Organize your station and manage priorities

- Communicate effectively within the team

- Apply hygiene and safety standards

👉 This role corresponds to a **Commis Chef level** within a structured kitchen brigade.
